岗位职责: 1.Answer company toll free phone call, accept and reply customer/end user''s query and complaint. 1. 负责公司热线的接听,接受客户以及最终用户的投诉和咨询 2.Put through customer''s call on time and reduce average number of ring, avoid customer waiting for a long time. 2. 及时接听客户打进的电话,减少客户听到响应前电话振铃次数. 3. Inform maintenance costs. 3. 维修费用通知。 岗位要求: 1. CS working experience is preferred.graduating student is also accepted. 1. 有客服工作经验优先,应届毕业生也可。 2. Be Kind and patient. 2. 态度亲和有耐心。 (该职位与派遣公司签订合同,薪资待遇与正式员工相同)
