Description: •Follow the company strategies, values and decisions •Handle the order from signed contract/order to payment received •Verify quote/contract, then enter order(s) including additional communication •Create configuration when basic article number exists; if not, initiate help request to Market Support •Set-up of new customers •Order confirmation to customer; delivery updates to customers if delays appear •Invoicing and filing to customers; overdue handling as needed (per HUB SOP) •Handle inquiries to change/cancel existing orders •Claim handling - owner of the claim handling process •Be part in the plan work •Other Sales Admin support •Documents handling, maintain and update documents to system •Internal SO, PR, expense support etc. •Use customer feedback for continuous process improvements •Others tasks assigned by manager Requirement: •University/diploma degree in business management or related •1+ year of work experience in related area. Graduates with potential are welcomed as well •Good spoken and written in English •Good knowledge of the MS Office software •Proactive, customer- and team-oriented mindset
