-2+ year experience in Customer Service related position -Excellent interpersonal and organization skills; -Good verbal and written communication skills -Strong drive, customer orientation, and ability to execute. -Great attention to details. -Good at time,work and self management -Always find opportunities to improve,e.g data accuracy,process optimization,etc -Experience in automotive industry will be a plus The Customer Service Coordinatorr will report to Customer Service Manager and be responsible for all activities related to Customer’s Satisfaction in the below areas: 1. Call Centre: To work as a call centre receiving inquiries on parts from dealers and customers and follow-up; 2. Dealer Training: To conduct regular dealer training on Part ordering processes and DPRS; 3. Back Order Management: To work with IM and Purchasing for back orders fulfillment and issue back order report to dealers on a regular basis; 4. DPRS: To monitor dealers' stock level and automatic replenishment at the same time providing to Customer Service Manager with dealer stock level report; To work with Return coordinator on Initial and annual Buyback; 5. Customer/Dealer relationship maintenance: Customer Service coordinator will need to work with each functions and provide a high level service to ensure customer/dealers' satisfaction with parts service.
