职位描述： 1.Analyze all kinds of warranty parts on time; 分析各种保修部件； 2.Production supports in house occasionally; 偶尔支持生产部门的工作； 3.Travel to OEM customers and aftermarket to provide on-site technical supports; 前往OEM客户和售后市场提供现场技术支持； 4.Execute all kinds of customer service and aftermarket programs as company''''s expectation. 执行各类的客户服务和售后工作。 职位要求： 1.College degree or above of mechanic, electrical, machining; 大专及以上学历，机械、电气等专业； 2.Minimum 2 years’ experience in auto industry, and basic knowledge of Engine; 至少2年相关汽车行业工作经验，具备发动机基础知识优先； 3.Good English skill; 良好的英语技能； 4.Good at communication & office tools CAD and Proe abilities preferred. 良好的沟通能力，熟练运用各类办公软件，会CAD及Proe软件优先。 工作地点：常熟
