任职要求: 1.学历:大专(含)以上 2.2年以上机械行业相关工作经验 3.有较强的数据整合能力和协调沟通能力 4.较好的书写和汇报能力 5.能够在高压下工作 工作职责: 1. Service weekly/Monthly report preparation. 售后周报/月报的准备 2. Customer complaint related information record and tracking. 顾客抱怨信息的记录和维护 3. Service related record/list/report/information maintenance. 售后数据库的更新和维护 4. Service public driver maintenance. 售后公共盘数据和更新和维护 5. Service Logistics coordination and arrangement including transportation and parts package. 售后发运的沟通和协调 6. Returned parts follow up, internal coordination with document maintenance and progress tracking. 顾客退货皮的跟踪和协调 7. Service spare parts/tools/fixtures application and support purchaser to accomplish purchase order with right quantity and lead time. 售后相关工具和备件的订购 8. Customer communication and coordination for related service activities. 客户端的沟通和协调 9. Travel expense check and record maintenance. 售后报销的记录和核对 10. 5S/EHS coordination. 5S和EHS的协调 11.
