• Follow up customer transactions such as quotes, sales orders, change orders, returns, purchase orders, shipments etc and put all information into BPM / QAD system. • Check pricing in sales order, to ensure selling price satisfy with AFSR China Pricing guideline. • Perform PO Review on sales orders, in accordance with AFSR Suzhou procedures. • Handle daily customer communications, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Help the accountant to check A/R and contact the customer if necessary. • Issue delivery note according to ship plan. • Issue and track purchase order in accordance with sales orders and safety stock request. • Team player – Work effectively in a team environment • Follow company policies and procedures
