工作职责: 1.Human resource management of daily operation and development of customer service team, 2.Manages customers and internal operational requirements for demand team to develop action plans for future capabilities. 3.Actively analyze and generate processes and tools improvement opportunities 4.Generate and improve Demand Modeling depending on customers’ request and business requirements. 5.Understand OFF model and follow the concept & Global Processes which cooperate with LPO & GPO for ERP/QV improvement 6.Prepare the needed reports in order to increase work efficiency & provide visibility of Forecast & Order analysis to AM & customers:Monthly sales report, customer related reports; 7.Weekly sales tracking update and communication with Account Manager; 8.Tracking the RMA process 9.Work closely with Material Leader to understand material status & Full-kits rate, in order to fulfil Customer demand; 10Leading Demand Supply Balance meeting weekly to fulfil W/O plan 岗位要求: 1.Bachelor degree or above with 5+ year Planning, order fulfillment and project management experience 2.Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system 3.Good English Level to speak fluently, read & write in good level 4.Strong leadership skills and team work 5.Problem solving 6.Strong sense of responsibility 7.Communication skills 8.Willingness to learn and develop
