Description: • Follow the company’ strategies, values and decisions • Handle the order from signed contract/order to payment received: - Verify quote/contract, then enter order(s) including additional communication - Create configuration when basic article number exists; if not, initiate help request to Market Support O - Order confirmation to customer; delivery updates to customers if delays appear - assist customer to trace for the transportation - Invoicing and follow up the payment • Claim handling - owner of the claim handling process • Be part in the plan work • Other Sales Admin support: - Set-up of new customer - Documents handling, maintain and update documents to system; - Internal SO, PR, expense support etc. - Other tasks assigned by manager. Requirement: • University/diploma degree in business management or related • 1+ year of work experience in related area. Graduates with potential are welcomed as well • Good spoken and written in English • Good knowledge of the MS Office software • Proactive, customer- and team-oriented mindset
