1. Co-ordinate with forwarder and U.S. headquarters to arrange shipment for international Sales orders, including send booking list, container loading calculation, confirm ETD/ETA date etc. 与货代和美国总部协调,及时安排国际订单的出货和计算集装箱装运。 2. Prepare customs declaration documents for each shipment accurately and timely to ensure the shipment goes smoothly. Work with financial department to issue commercial invoices for international orders. 准确及时地准备出口订单的报关文件以确保出口工作顺利进行。准备财务部要求的国际订单的发票及报关文件,以便财务部收款。 3. Apply for certificate of origin and other tax-free required certificate, such as certificate of origin, FORM E as per customer required. 按国际客户要求准备相应的免税文件,如原产地证等。 4. Order entry and customer account set-up in both of JDE and ERP system, run shipment report regularly. ERP和JDE 系统订单录入及客户账号建立和维护, 定期整理销售报告。 5. Logistic arrangement for domestic order as well as test equipment. Follow up and update shipment status to meet customer demands. 安排国内订单和测试样机的物流运输,跟进和更新货运状态以满足客户需求。 6. Keep close communications with production and purchasing department to ensure on time delivery. 与公司采购和生产部门保持紧密沟通,确保订单及时出货。 7. Other work assigned by manager. 其他由上司指派的工作 Qualifications: • College degree, major in international trade, logistics management are preferred; 大专及以上学历,国际贸易,物流管理或相关专业 • Strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, good communication, and interpersonal skill. 责任心强,细心,有良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力 • Above 3 years working experiences in customer service or Import/Export area. 客服及进出口领域3年以上工作经验 • Good communication (reading & written) in Chinese and English. 中英文读写能力强。 • Prefer to have necessary certificates such as Customs Clearance Certificate. 有相关报关证书优先考虑
