岗位职责: 1. Quick response and solve the problem and enquiry with high effciency 1. 及时响应并能高效解决客户在售前、售中及售后提出的产品问题和购买咨询; 2. Handle the order according to the regulation , including collecting customer information, packaging and delivery,return and exchange 2. 按照规定和流程处理电商订单,包括客户的信息整理、包装发货及跟踪和商品的退换货处理; 3. Be initative to promote the sales 3. 具备主动的服务精神,发挥主观能动性,促进销售的达成 岗位要求: 1. 1 year working experience with CS, e-commerce CS experience or medical care related experience is preferred, with fast learning ability. 1. 一年以上客服经验, 有电商客服经验或医疗护理相关经验为优,具备快速学习能力; 2. Proficent in Ms office and chating tool 2. 熟练操作Office办公软件及网络聊天工具; 3. Mandarin, good ability in expressing and communication 3. 普通话标准、口齿清晰,有较强的表达能力和沟通技巧; 4.
