1. Interact with the customers in order to provide information in response to inquires about product/services; 2. Deal with customer’s complaints, when occurred; 3. Receive and process the customer orders, either directly from the customer or from company’s Sales Managers, pass all the related information to the Planning Team, and then arrange the delivery of the product/services to the customers; 4. Grow and maintain a good relationship with the customers; 5. Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Company’s Management; 6. Communicate, coordinate and work together as a team with the Company’s internal departments which are involved in the daily business, both in Chinese and English; 7. Carry out any other work-related duty assigned by the Customer Service Leader.
