Position Summary: Follow up the orders and to be shipped in time and feedback to the customers in case any problems occurred. Working closely with Production Planning &Finance & Sales & customers and to be sure the all deliveries to be shipped which aligned with the company’s payment policy. Operations: 1.Order Processing 2.Delivery On time 3.Working closely with the customers to understand customer’s demand well . Routine Order processing upon receipt of orders from the customers and provide the corrected order confirmation within 2 working days. 5) Working closely with Finance / Sales & customers and to be sure the all deliveries to be shipped which aligned with the company’s payment policy . 6) Prepare the delivery documents and inform warehouse & Logistics (export) specialist to arrange the delivery accordingly. 7) Order analysis and sales forecast to help company knows the actual situation in advance.
