技能要求: office 岗位职责: 1. 客户订单的处理 Order process (1) 接收客户订单及预测,并定期准确下达给生产; 定期和客户及生产部确认生产情况及出货计划; Make sure customer purchase order or forecast is managed properly. Customer demand is reflected correctly and accuracy; Regularly check with operations and communicate delivery schedule with customer; (2) 与客户确认订单交货期及核对销售单价 Reply customer order by email or fax ,confirm delivery date and check unit price; (3) 订单准确的录入ERP系统,登记销售台账及统计及时达成率(OTD) Oder entry ERP system; maintain sales report and on-time delivery rate; (4)和生产计划确认交期后及时告知客户并安排发货;处理客户特殊的发货要求 After confirm delivery date with planner and commit to customer. On-time delivery arrangement, Handle and manage all special shipping requests. (5) 及时将发货单和客户开票信息整理给财务 Provide delivery notes and customer invoicing information to Finance timely for issuing invoice. ( 6 ) 以适当的方式与客户保持密切联系和沟通,与他们保持良好的关系 Keep close contact and communication with customers in a proper manner and maintain good relationship with them. 2.和销售团队紧密合作,开发及维护客户 Closely work with Sales team, develop and maintain customer; 3.订单,合同等重要文件的存档 Archive orders, contracts, and other important documents 4,将客户投诉反馈给相关部门,并安排好退货和补货 Feedback customer complaints to respective department and arrange for return and replenishment 5, 公司安排的其他任务 Other assignment. 任职要求: 1、College degree or above 大专以上学历 2、 At least 2~3 year related working experience with customer service; 至少两到三年客户相关工作经验 3、 Proficiency in computer operations, especially Microsoft Excel and ERP; 熟练使用计算机,尤其是excel和ERP系统 4、 Good English writing and reading skills &Good learning ability 具有良好的英语读写能力/良好的学习能力 5、Strong customer coordination & management ability. And you have a certain resistance to pressure. 优秀的客户协调及管理能力,情商要高 并具备一定抗压性。 6.The flexible, can bear hardships and stand hard work, timely handling matters arranged by superiors. 头脑灵活,吃苦耐劳,能及时处理上级安排的事宜。 7、Multi-national company working experience will be a plus 有外资企业工作经验者更佳。
