Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Lead team to manage eCommerce warehouse daily operation performance ESP during big event period Work with eCommerce business team closely to support ecommerce business team ESP to protect SLA Manage SCM costs from all sides to meet requirements from finance Key Responsibilities: • Work with eCommerce ops team closely to figure out annual/monthly/daily SCM volume forecast and manage 3PL to figure out annual/monthly/daily plan including resource preparation and order handling • Manage eCommerce warehouse team daily work to meet SLA inclusive order fulfilment and Return Operation ESP for big event like as D11 • Work closely with DC Planning and DC ops teams, to prioritize ecommerce stock receiving plan, manage eCommerce warehouse to place stock as planning requests • Manage eCommerce warehouse team to find improvement room on inventory accuracy, service level and handling productivity • Hold regular communication with eCommerce warehouse and courier delivery key persons to review operation performance, service issue, KPI and upcoming plan • Manage courier delivery service provider performance daily to meet delivery SLA • Responsible for eCommerce warehouse and courier delivery SOP and KPI review and approval • Work with FNA team on SCM costs budget, monthly rolling up and versus actual costs • Support IT team to do necessary system enhancement. • Develop mutual back-ups and succession plan; grow talents with coaching, feedback and more exposure. Establish a high-performing, highly motivated team with a good control of employee turnover. Key Relationships: • eCommerce operation and planning and business; • DC Planning; QC; 3PL; Transportation; • IT; Finance • Specific system suppliers; Packaging Material Suppliers; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Strong knowledge of WMS, and ecommerce warehouse operations process, rich experience on courier delivery svc management • Know market benchmark on ecommerce warehouse operation costs and courier delivery costs • Strong sense on operation productivity management • Solid understanding of the interfaces between business systems and WMS • Project management skills • Good sense of customer service; excellent in communications • Fluent in English languages both written and verbal • Management skills of vendors, especially related to warehouse equipment Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: • College BS degree of above • 6-10 years logistics experience, preferably 3+ years in a large-scale, automated DC. • 5 years people management experience, with 2+ year in a multinational company
