Requirement 任职要求 1. 大专及以上学位，贸易或者商务相关专业（欢迎应届毕业生）; 2. 良好的英文书写和口语能力； 3. 良好的电脑技能，熟悉办公软件，有ERP/AX系统经验优先考虑； 4. 良好的沟通技巧和团队精神； 1.Junior College degree or above in foreign trade or Business Management or similar. 2.Fluent in written and in oral English. 3.Good PC skills. Familiar with MS Office and ERP/AX system. 4.Good communication skills and team spirit. Job Description 工作描述 1. 订单处理，操作AX系统 2. 发货跟踪，监控送达客户的产品质量以及运输的及时性 3. 安排急单 4. 在生产计划与交期上与生产部紧密配合 5. 维护系统及书面的客户端信息 6. 其他供应链经理安排的工作 7. 优秀员工会得到个人发展机会及晋升。 1. Order process and arrangement, operate AX system. 2. Delivery tracking and management, monitor the punctuality and quality of shipment to customers. 3. Arrange urgent order and delivery accordingly. 4. Work closely with production department on planning & delivery schedule. 5. Keep and revise all customers’ information both in AX system and in paper documents. 6. Sales contracts management and daily documentation filing. 6. Other works assigned by Supply Chain Manager. 7. The right person can get opportunity for self-development and promotion.
