1. 与集团销售及直接客户联系,了解客户需求。Coordinate with corporate sales and global customers; understand their demand on product, delivery, etc. 2. 与PPC其它工厂的客服人员沟通,协调公司产品国际转运。Communicate with customer service persons in other plants of PPC for international shipping. 3. 整合各区域客户服务信息,分析客服订单,到货等要求,协调物料计划、生产计划、物流、仓库各方保证按时出货。Get to well know and analyze on customer info & requirement; coordinate with production, material planning, production planning, logistics and warehouse to guarantee on-time delivers. 4. 即时跟踪生产及出货计划的完成情况,保持与客户的联系,遇异常情况及时处理。Track and follow up production plan and shipping plan. Keep contact with customers. Handle contingent situations. 5. 接受客户投诉,协调内部相关部门解决并及时反馈。Receive customer complaint. Coordinate and feedback on the customer complaint. 6.部门经理安排的其它事物。Other designation from department manager 7. 有物流,关务经验者优先。Logistic and Export experience prefered.
