Customer Service（日语客服专员） Responsibilities: Customer Order processing According to customers’ orders, arrange shipment correctly. Make sure on time delivery achieved Generate customer’s VAT invoices in SAP and follow up dunning process Keep reasonable Finished goods level at MPCC and consignment side Work as a good communicator between customers and MPCC, and take responsibility to coordinate internally if anything would impact delivery Other tasks signed by supervisor Requirements: College degree and above Experience in customer service MS Office, SAP, etc. CET 4, Japanese proficiency is preferred Automotive industry & lean knowledge is preferred Customer orientation Personal Responsibility and Reliability Work Under Pressure/Stress Resist/willingness to learn Deal With Conflicts and Solve Problems Ability to Cooperate/ Credibility
