Basic Purpose of the role 岗位关键职责 1. 负责在系统中处理维修订单费用; Handle the repair cost and payment; 2. 对存在差异的订单或邮包与客户进行沟通确认; Communicate with customer to confirm the questioned order or mail package; 3. 高峰时负责热线电话的接听,协助客户以及最终用户从公司获得必要的支持和服务。 Responsible for answering the hotline and assisting customers and end users to obtain necessary support and services from the company. Key Responsibilities 职责和任务 · 对客户存在问题的订单或邮包与客户进行沟通确认; Communicate with customer to confirm the questioned order or mail package; · 对保外维修机进行收费划价,通过电话或短信方式进行费用通知,客户费用回复后,将维修费准确快速地录入ERP系统; Calculate the repair expense for out of warranty product. Notify the expense through telephone or short message. After accepted by customer, enter the data into ERP system; · 终端用户维修费用的查看并及时返回产线维修; Check the repair expense, arrange repair on production line; · 准确接听热线查询及咨询电话,为客户提供耐心细致地服务; Receive and answer hotline call, provide the patient and detailed service to customer; · 将投诉以及客户的要求反馈给相关部门,并跟踪最终结果,反馈给客户; Forward customer complaints or requirement to related department, track the progress and result, and feedback to customer; · 依据客服政策审核客户退机,并将退机审核结果在规定时限内传递至商务部; Review and accept the customer return according to company policy, forward the result to commercial department within due time; · 协助客户更换附配件; Help customer to replace the accessary parts; · 为客户办理机器的延保; Extend the warranty period; · 其他上级安排的工作。 Other tasks assigned by supervisor. Experience Required 工作经验经历及技能要求 · 大专及以上学历,至少两年以上客户服务经验; · college and above degree majored, at least 2 years customer service experience; · 有良好的客户服务意识,良好的协调能力和沟通技巧; Good at customer service awareness, good at coordination and communication skills; · 基本的英语和办公软件技能,能读懂简单的英文邮件; · Basic English and computer skill; · 工作仔细,耐心,有亲和力,踏实稳定。 · Careful, patient, friendly, dependable and steady.
