岗位职责: 1. 负责线上产品的介绍,在线解答客户的咨询并进行合理询盘引导,促成线上订单的完成; 2. 负责线上订单与公司业务部门的对接工作,及时向客户反馈进程,妥善处理客户投诉; 3. 负责业务相关资料的整理、归档和更新维护; 4. 协同线上销售做好收款等其他相关工作。 任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,有1年以上外贸/物流工作经验者或优秀应届生优先; 2. 能适应多平台运作,有良好的沟通能力,英语能与国外客户正常线上沟通; 3. 执行力强,有良好的团队合作精神,有责任心。 Online Customer Service Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the introduction of online products, answering customers' inquiries and conducting reasonable inquiry guidance to facilitate orders; 2. Responsible for the connection between online orders and the business department of the company, feedback the progress timely, and properly handle customer complaints; 3. Responsible for sorting out, filing, updating and maintenance of business-related materials; 4. Cooperate with online sales to do collection collection and other related work. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 1 year working experience in foreign trade/logistics or excellent fresh graduate preferred; 2. Multi- platform operation, good communication skills, communicate in written English; 3. Strong executive ability, good team spirit and sense of responsibility.
