1) Follow up the orders and to be shipped in time and feedback to the customers in case any problems occurred. 2)Working closely with Production Planning & Finance &Sales & customers and to be sure the all deliveries to be shipped which aligned with the company’s payment policy. 3) Working closely with the customers to understand customer’s demand well. Routine Order processing upon receipt of orders from the customers and provide the corrected order confirmation within 2 working days. 4) Working closely with production planning & Finance & Sales & customers and to be sure the all deliveries to be shipped which aligned with the company’s payment policy . 5) Prepare the delivery documents and inform warehouse & Logistics (export) specialist to arrange the delivery accordingly. 6) Order analysis and sales forecast to help company knows the actual situation in advance.
