1. Interact with the customers in order to provide information in response to inquires about product/services; 做好客户的咨询处理,以提供有关产品/服务的信息; 2. Deal with customer’s complaints, when occurred; 处理客户投诉; 3. Receive and process the customer orders, either directly from the customer or from company’s Sales Managers, pass all the related information to the Planning Team, and then arrange the delivery of the product/services to the customers; 从客户或公司的销售经理那里接收并处理订单,传递所有相关的信息给计划团队,然后安排交付产品/服务给客户; 4. Grow and maintain a good relationship with the customers; 发展并维护好公司与客户的良好关系; 5. Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Company’s Management; 向公司管理层提交月度报告; 6. Communicate, coordinate and work together as a team with the Company’s internal departments which are involved in the daily business, both in Chinese and English; 与公司业务部门保持良好的沟通和联系以完成通团队合作,中英文双语; 7. Carry out any other work-related duty assigned by the Customer Service Leader. 完成客服主管指派的其他工作任务。 有SAP工作经验优先考虑。
