Skills and knowledge requirement: 任职要求: 1.Knowledge of MRP/IQMS system 熟悉MPR/IQMS 系统 2.Strong Abilities of Microsoft Excel, Word. 能熟练操作办公软件 3.Strong communication skills and teamwork skills. 良好的沟通能力及团队协作 4.Good oral and written English. 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力 Job Description: 职位描述: 1.Sales order and delivery management, keep system data accuracy 销售订单及出货管理,确保系统数据的准确性 2.Internal communication all customer order changes with operation and planning 和生产及计划及时沟通客户交期的变化 3.Monitor orders and communicate any changes promptly to customers 关注订单完成情况,和客户及时沟通关于交期的变化 4.Making a quick response for customer inquiries on raw material, stock availability, order and delivery status 及时回复客户的相关物料,库存状况,订单执行,交货状态等咨询 5.Maintain relevant sales data, timely collect sales forecast information 维护相关销售数据,关注客户的需求 6.Launch customer satisfaction survey and analysis for improve 组织客户满意度调查,分析客户反馈并不断改善客户服务 7.Work closely with QA function for proper handing in customer complain issue 协助质量部处理好客户投诉
