Primary Function of Position 1. Sales Administration 2. Input orders from customers, create order acknowledgement and reply with delivery date. 3. Deal with inquiry, request or complain from customers representing Ferro Japan 4. Coordinate plant for goods shipment 5. Support relevant logistics activities like vessel booking, customs document providing Typical Responsibilities and Duties 1. SAP System (order input, invoice creation etc) 2. Contact with forwarders (Export / Import) 3. Filing (orders, quotations from customers) 4. Customer Management (order acknowledgement, reporting delivery date, handling requests or complains) 5. Management of Price Master Data 6. Management of Customer Master Data 7. Work with plant to ship on time 8. Other Customer Services duties (handling incoming calls, guests, posts etc) Education, Skill, Knowledge or Ability required 1. Fluent in Japanese 2. English (experience in English correspondence). 3. Experience or major in Sales Admin, Customer Service or international trade 4. Preferably, SAP SD module Other Requirements 1. Physically and mentally healthy 2. Interpersonal communication skills 3. Independence
