RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Understand OFF model and follow the concept & Global Processes which defined in OFF; 2. Follow the FC management and PO confirmation process, keep the data in ERP correct; 3. Shipment documentation and invoicing; 4. Prepare the needed reports in order to increase work efficiency & provide visibility of Forecast & Order analysis to AM & customers:Monthly sales report, customer related reports; 5. Weekly sales tracking update and communication with account manager; 6. Follow the RMA process 7. Work closely with Material Leader to understand material status & Full-kits rate, in order to fulfil Customer demand; 8. Understand the impact of any of Demand changes in ERP, the impact of Demand changes -> Shortages and/or excess inventories; 9. Arrange DSB (Demand Supply Balance) meeting if needed 10. Cooperate to work with LPO & GPO for ERP/QV improvement if needed. skills: 1. Bachelor degree 2. Good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software tools 3.
