1. Handle orders and shipments for our (inter-company) customers oversea and local 2. Coordinate incoming orders and schedule shipment with planning, production and warehouse shipping team 3. Coordinate with export team regarding necessary shipping documents and Customs clearance. 4. Monitor selling prices, communicate with finance department whenever any problem 5. Rush order control 6. Handle customer complaint 7. Track customer order fulfillment and seek for continuous improvement 8. Process return orders from GCs&OCs&DC 9. Prepare monthly reports of order and delivery 10. Other tasks assigned by manager
