Accountabilities: 1. Follow up daily CS routine work of Order-To-Cash process. Support ACS CS team members regarding paper work. 50% 2. Cooperate with internal operation team, sales & marketing as well as customer to make sure shipment/order fulfillment in due time 30% 3. Build up close relationship with customer and manage customer expectation with proper resource and proper prioritization. 20% Required:  Diploma above education in business or equivalent (BS)  About 3~4 years of business experience in customer service area or dealing with customer  Able to communicate with colleague from different level.  Good communication skill.  Familiar with order manage process, ERP experience is preferred.  Good English written/Oral skills.  Good team work and interpersonal skill  Working under assignment and result oriented.  Working under pressure.  The courage to take accountability  The ability to co-work with team members and colleagues cross functionally
