Accountabilities: 1. Follow up daily CS routine work of Order-To-Cash process. Support ACS CS team members regarding paper work. 50% 2. Cooperate with internal operation team, sales & marketing as well as customer to make sure shipment/order fulfillment in due time 30% 3. Build up close relationship with customer and manage customer expectation with proper resource and proper prioritization. 20% Required: Diploma above education in business or equivalent (BS) About 3~4 years of business experience in customer service area or dealing with customer Able to communicate with colleague from different level. Good communication skill. Familiar with order manage process, ERP experience is preferred. Good English written/Oral skills. Good team work and interpersonal skill Working under assignment and result oriented. Working under pressure.
