Role and Responsibilities Order fulfilment • Track and review all incoming orders, ensuring that all technical and commercial details are correct for order processing • Process all orders timely and accurately into the ERP system • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of orders • Expedite orders to meet customers’ requirements • Acknowledge customers’ orders timely and ensure a high level of responsiveness to customers’ requests. • Review all backlog orders on hand and proactively escalate potential late orders to stakeholders/higher management to mitigate risks on late deliveries or non-performance. • Forecast all backlog orders and ensure monthly forecast targets are met Customer management • Respond to all customers’ enquiries timely • Handle, manage and escalate customers’ complaints and escalation • Work with sales closely to manage customers’ accounts • Feedback on customers’ needs and requests • Work with customers on their credit hold issues in order to clear road blocks for shipments release and delivery Compliance and Record Retention • Comply to company rules and policies on all businesses (Trade and Intercompany) • Ensure all record retention Any other assignments as assigned by the manager from time to time. 要求: 1.大专或本科学历,供应链/物流,工商管理或同等学历 2. 3年以上制造业相关工作经验 3. 微软办公软件和ERP系统 4. 熟悉国际贸易法规。 5. 熟练的英语口头和书面沟通能力 6. 独立工作,能在没有监督的情况下工作 7. 具有紧迫感和良好的时间管理能力 8. 具有良好的解决问题的能力 9. 能够处理不同文化背景的客户 10. 能够在快节奏和动态的环境中工作
