Report to: CC Supervisor 向客服主管汇报 2.Qualification 任职资格 Bachelor degree or above. 大专或以上学历 Common Sense 优秀的客服意识 Good English capability 英语流利 Familiar with office software 熟悉办公软件 Good communication skill 良好的沟通能力 3.Responsibilities: 职责: Approve all internet orders; Contact with customer about issues during approving 审批网上订单;订单批复中遇到的问题直接与客户联系解决 Answer customers questions with int. orders problems, modify orders, cancel orders, refund money, shipment tracking info etc. 回复并解决客户任何关于B2C 订单的问题,改单,取消订单,退款给客户, 出货期,到货期等 Reply all the questions about our product on time 及时回复客人有关产品的任何问题 Answer CC hotline 接客服电话 Record, collate and analyze customer complaint report 记录,比较,判断,分析客户投诉报告 Other task assigned by superior. 上级安排的其他任务。 P.S: please read below info carefully, as we provide global services to B2C custormer, we carry out shift work, 5days a week, 8hrs a day(random 2 days rest a week), schedule as follow: 8:00AM-16:30PM, work in Office.
