工作职责 Job Responsibility: 1. Receiving and making calls/email/fax from/to customers 接听和拨打客户的电话/邮件/传真 2. Archiving the documents receive/sent to/from customers 归档客户发送/接收的文件 3. Assisting in preparing the offers and orders for the material to be supplied 辅助准备物料的报价和订单 4. Archiving the installation/service reports prepared by technicians 归档由技术人员准备的安装/维修报告 5. Assisting in Handling complex and escalated customer service issues 辅助处理各类客户服务问题 6. Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information 实时记录报告和数据库信息 7. Preparing technician and customer working plan and schedule together with Supervisor and Deputy Service Manager, 协助总监和客服经理安排客服技师和对应客户的工作 8. Oversee product exchanges and returns with Deputy Service Manager and Customer Care Director 协助总监和客服经理一起处理产品的换货和退货 9. Assisting in compiling and printing reports on overall customer satisfaction. 辅助编译并打印总体客户满意度报告。 10. Document processes 记录安装过程 11. Build positive relationships with customers and with Company staff 建立与客户和公司全体员工的良好关系 职位要求 Job Requirement: 1.College Degree or above,Fluent in English 大专或以上学历,英语熟练 2. Work cycle is 6 to 8 months 工作周期为6-8个月 3. Working hours is 4 hours a day 每天的工作时间为4小时 4. Location:Suzhou 地点:苏州 接受在校大学生
