Job Description - Manage existing Key Account customers: engage and maintain relationship at all levels of main customer organization - Process orders, input order information to MS-order center, send order confirmation to customers , notify order details to internal colleagues - Update weekly status, for open orders, open yearly contracts, order incomes - Ensure orders delivery time, payments, service, are met to the satisfaction and expectations of both our organization and our customers. - Liaise with technical, production, quality departments to support, promote and develop sales with big accounts by acquiring their new projects. - Research, monitor, evaluate and quantify trends, needs, competitor actions, in big accounts. - develop new customers Qualifications and Experience : - Minimum 1 years’ experience in relevant field and market both in Technical Support and Sales (Account Management); - Highly motivated and capable to work under pressure; - Excellent communication skills and team work spirit; - Strong negotiating experience; - Fluent spoken and written English. 职位描述： 1.协助上级处理订单事宜，管理维护客户信息，发货确认以及制作相关销售报表 2.收集整理市场行情资料，为上级决策提供参考 3.联系各相关部门积极处理与客诉，保持与客户间良好的沟通协调 4.负责公司销售文件资料的管理，日常邮件等其他销售行政工作 5.上级交代的其他任务，以及其他部门的协助工作 岗位要求： 1.大专以上学历，市场营销等相关专业 2.有至少1年以上相关工作经验 3.熟练使用办公软件和办公自动化设备 4.英语熟练，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神 备注：请投递中英文简历，也可将中英文简历直接投到s.wang@precision-ptf.com. s.wang@precision-ptf.com
