Main Responsibilities: 职责 • Conmunicate with Spain HQ and production facilities both local and overseas. Processing, confirming and tracking orders, following-up on production status, as well as coordinating shipments, deliveries and payments. 与西班牙总部沟通联系,处理确认并跟踪定单,跟踪生产情况及协调运输、交付及付款等事宜 • Comfortable working on the phone contacting customers directly, assist in customer orders. 与客户直接电话沟通,协调客户订单。 • Maintain and update customer relationship management database (SAP), input visit reports, customer information, etc. 在SAP系统中维护并更新客户关系管理数据,录入拜访报告及客户信息等。 • General responsibilities like answering phone, sending/faxing information to customers/vendors, translation, customer service, managing customer information requests (catalogs, samples, specifications, references), providing back up to all team members,etc. 主要的职责如接听电话、收发客户或供应商传真、翻译、客服、管理客户要求信息(目录、样品、规格、参考),以及团队成员之间互为后补。 Requirements: 岗位要求 • 1-2 years working experience in customer service related field, good fresh graduate candidate can also be considered 1-2年客服相关工作经验, 优秀毕业生也可考虑。 • Very good command of English, spoken and written. 熟练的英语听说读写能力 • Responsible and with a good dose of common sense. 责任心强 • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing workloads. 优秀的组织协调能力 • Must exhibit good communication skills (written and oral). 必须具体良好的沟通技巧(书面和口语) • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in a professional business environment. 良好的客户服务技巧 • Strong computer skills (PC, MS Word, Excel, Access), SAP experience is preferred. 熟练使用电脑(MS Word, Excel, Access),有SAP相关经验者优先考虑 • Comfortable working in a small, multi-cultural and multi-tasking oriented office environment. 乐于在多元文化及多任务导向的工作环境中工作。
