主要职责: 1.Assist for clerical work 协助行政工作 2.Accurately and efficiently enter customer’s information, sales quotes and sales orders into the database. 准确有效的把客户信息,销售报价和销售定单输入到公司数据库里 3.Keep the telephone to record and pass customer’s information to relation people accurately and efficiently. 准确有效的接听客户电话,并记录传递相关信息 4.Accurately enter customer purchase orders and quotes 准确地输入客户的采购订单和报价 5.Cross-functional communication with engineering/after-sales/production/ financial depts., etc. 与工程/售后/生产/财务等部门进行跨部门交流 6.Help sales people prepare bidding documents for projects 帮助销售人员准备项目竞标文件 7.Prepare project contracts based on contract making procedure 按照合同准备程序,准备项目合同 8.Customer Credit survey & Justification 客户信用调查与调整 9.Other duties assigned by Sales Manager 销售经理交办的其它工作 岗位要求: 1.Good level of skill in use of computer applications 计算机应用熟练 2.Good read-write English skill 流利的英语读写能力 3.This year''s graduates or few years above related working experience 应届生或有相关工作经验
