Requirements & Experience: Experience of managing customers in a pressured environment is important and an understanding of vehicles and vehicle parts would be seen as a distinct advantage. The ability to manage claims and own problems through to completion are also key skills. The successful individuals will also need to be fully competent in standard Microsoft based computer software. Details as below: 1.Education background: College degree or above. 2.Good communication skill, ownership. 3.Good at Microsoft. 4.Must be fluent with English and Chinese. 5.Experience in handling or working with vehicle parts or a similar commodity would be seen as a distinct advantage. 6.Have experience on customs clearance and domestic transportation. 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8.Foreign company working experience or joint venture working experience is preferred. Responsibilities: 1.The customer service staff is required to politely and timely manage these enquires from Tesla service centers and manage the enquiries through to completion. 2.Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding parts, order status, damage investigation, and others. 3.Provide ETA and availability information for backordered parts and/or parts in transit upon request, escalating to appropriate levels as needed. 4.Maintain good relationship with Tesla customer service centers. 5.Maintain reports as required on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 6.Other duties as assigned and support other positions of the team.
