Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Communication with related department to get order fulfilled beyond approval • Timely documentation preparing and file beyond approval • Urgent order packing and delivery with approval • Over-time work payable with approval Key Responsibilities: • Customer order management and its quality tracking as well as improvement • Customer complaints management and ensure the customer problem and requirement to be solved and satisfied • Share responsibility with Sales Dept. to make sure customer prices in customer orders are aligned with master purchase agreements • Share responsibility with logistics, Sales to reduce packed on hold to assist in improving inventory turns • Sensitive of customer’s forecast, conduct internal activities and arrange shipment accordingly to make • Customer satisfaction • Monitoring on invoices and follow account receivable status • Focus on project customers’ orders releasing, complaints etc, and ensure to be solved and contently Key requirements: • Junior college or above • 2 years or above customer service experience • Prefer automobile aftermarket knowledge • Be familiar with Oracle operation knowledge Basic business administration skills and logical sense with knowledge of product line information • Recognize the need for prompt response to customers • Be excellent computer skill • Work under pressure • Creativity, look for new and innovative ways to improve customer satisfaction • Sense of responsibility and patience
