主要工作职责 1.及时准确地处理客户订单 2.作为客户与公司内部的沟通渠道,以公司利益为达到客户满意度 3.汇报给客服专员 职位介绍 1.客户订单管理,从收到订单到付款,及时确认订单,输入系统,为满足客户需求与各部门之间进行协调(计划、供应链、质量、生产、仓库),跟进交货时间,处理客户投诉等。 2.确保客户准时付款 3.其他客服协助工作等 要求: 1.熟悉ERP系统 2.工作积极主动 3.至少1年以上工作经验,欢迎应届生 4.英语口语熟练,熟练使用Office软件 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB 1. Insure customer order handled on time and correctly 2. Work as liaison between customer and internal department to meet good customer satisfaction with company’s benefit 3. Support for customer specialist JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Service Assistant 1. Customer order management from “order to cash”, including confirm order in time, key in order to system, coordinate with the relevant department (planning、supply chain、quality、production、warehouse) to fulfill customer orders, prepare and follow up delivery schedule; Prepare export documents filling work and claim treatment; 2. Take appropriate actions to ensure an on-time payment by customer 3. Other assistant works for customer functions COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT 1. Knowledge of ERP, details oriented 2. Ability to plan work and set priorities; 3. Work diligent and effective 4. Good health DESIRED PROFILE Experience: At least 1 years working experiences, Other (language, computer skills): Fluent in English Written, Reading, Speaking. Good use of MS-office software.
