任职要求Qualifications and Skills: 1. College diploma or above;大专及以上学历,专业不限; 2. At least 3 years working experience in customer service of multinational enterprise;至少3年以上跨国企业客户服务工作经验; 3. Experienced in ERP; 有ERP系统操作经验; 4. Good communication skills, team player, strong spirit of enterprise; 良好的沟通技巧,团队合作精神及较强的企业精神; 5. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;良好的英文听说读写能力。 职位职责Key Responsibilities: 1. To be the window of communication with customers taking forecast, orders and on time delivery to the customer; 与客户沟通预测定单等相关情况,并及时传递客户所需信息; 2. Customer order management from “Order to Cash” including confirm order in time, coordinate with relevant Dept (planning, supply chain, quality, production and warehouse) to fulfill customer orders prepare and follow up delivery schedule; 客户订单管理---从下单到付款,包括及时确认订单、与相关部门协调(如:计划、供应链、质量、生产、仓库)来完成客户订单的准备和交货日程安排的跟踪; 3. Monitor and coordinate customer claim handling and timing closure; 控制与协调客户索赔处理并及时处理完结。 4. Organize customer satisfaction survey and analyze feedback for continuous improvement; 负责客户满意度调查,并根据反馈情况及时做出改进; 5. Invoice tracking; 发票的追踪; 6. Sales administration and reporting; 销售管理及报告; 7. Maintain database in ERP system; 相关ERP数据的维护; 8. Other tasks assigned by superior.上级交办的其他事项。
