Responsibility 1. Be responsible for customer demand verification, communication through SAP, email, meetings and confirming back to customers. 2.Be responsible for communicating and searching for various options to customer to ensure the good quality service delivered to customer and enhance the customer’s satisfaction. 3. Responsible for day-to-day planning and execution of focused customer service support to ensure customers receive the best service possible. 4.Maintains account presence by providing value-added services and fostering professional relationships with key customer personnel. 5.Oversees unique customer requirements/issues regarding installation, shipping, invoicing, pricing, scheduling or other terms and conditions of contracts/orders. Monitors all order processing, price quotations and other customer support activities. 6. Key in resolving potential problems/details that could significantly impact overall order entry and/or sales and budget plans. Advises Sales Management and customers as appropriate. 7.Assists in the resolution of payment issues between customer and Andrew Accounts Receivable to achieve lowest level of DSO possible. Requirement 1.College degree or above 2.
