职位描述： 1. Responsible for sales orders processing. Input orders by EDI function and send order confirmation by working with production planner. 2. Creation shipments for vessel booking by I&E based on order confirmation date. 3. Quick response to customers for changing request confirmation. 4. Responsible for replenishment for center warehouse and local warehouse 5. Responsible for forecast collection in each month. 6. Check with customers for the reason if big changes in forecast for certain products. 7. Coordinate new products launch process. 8. Responsible BOM master data creation by coordinating with other departments. 9. Responsible for FG stock control in end of each month. 10. Responsible for slow mover checking with sales. 11. Responsible for products pruning process. 12. Responsible for all reports related to customer orders and delivery. 13. Others which were assigned by supervisor. 职位要求： 1. Planning background is prefer. 2. master data experience background is prefer. 3. Good written, verbal at English, and communication skills. 4. More than 3 years'' experience at customer service at international manufacturing company. 5. Import & Export experience would be a benefit 6. Good Excel, PPT /office software
