工作职责 Job Responsibility: 1. Receiving and making calls/email/fax from/to customers 接听和拨打客户的电话/邮件/传真 2. Archiving the documents receive/sent to/from customers 归档客户发送/接收的文件 3. Archiving the installation/service reports prepared by technicians 归档由技术人员准备的安装/维修报告 4. Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information 实时记录报告和数据库信息 5.
