Job Requirements： 1. Bachelor's Degree or above 2. With rich knowledge of logistics, International Trade, Working Experience in Semiconductor Industry preferred 3. 5+ years working experience in related field, working experience with multinationals preferred 4. Hands on experience in serving customers 5. Good at team organizing and time management 6. Excellent communication skills & With capability on problem solving and coaching subordinates 7. Quick response, strong execution and well work ethics 8. Good English both in written and oral & Good computer skills Key Responsibilities: 1. Besides hands on in handling customer service work, drive CSR team to provide support to sales force to achieve company’s sales and profit target which includes but not limited to order processing- managing IFOT delivery, provide accurate sales data, Import/Export license application, documentation filing , MFG scheduling basing on rolling forecast/history sales record, etc. 2. Logistics support- import/export Customs declaration, returnable containers management, provide logistics solutions for key account and new business acquisition, etc. 3. Efficient planning to leverage between customers’ demands, production capacity & efficiency. Optimize inventory replenishing plan to keep flexibility in inventory adjustment to avoid materials shortage or overstock. 4. Other additional function related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
