岗位职责 -Creating new customer and customer information update in ERP system EPR系统里新客户的创建和客户信息的维护 -Customer order confirmation and tracking. 客户订单的确认和跟踪 -Coordinate the production with customer delivery requirements 与生产协调交货期 -Customer communication including special requirements,complaint,improvement etc. -Bill checking & invoicing. 客户沟通包括但不局限于:指定要求,投诉,改进,核单以及开票 -Sales support including credit authority, file management,cold call reception etc. 销售支持包括但不局限于:信用授权,文件管理,电话接听等 要求: - Educational qualification: College or above, major in English and/or business/commerce is prefered 教育背景:大专及以上,英语或商务专业优先 - Good at computer operating and office software 良好的电脑及OFFICE软件基础 - Teamwork 团队精神 - Strong communication skills and sense of responsibilty 较强的沟通能力和责任感 - Good written and oral English 英语书面口语佳 - 1-2 years of customer service experience 1-2年客服经验 - Nice to have manufacturing background. 制造业背景优先
