1. Interact with the customers in order to provide information in response to inquires about product/services; 与客户互动,以提供有关产品/服务的资料; 2. Deal with customer's complaints, when occurred; 处理客诉; 3. Receive and process the customer orders, either directly from the customer or from company’s Sales Managers, pass all the related information to the Planning Team, and then arrange the delivery of the product/services to the customers; 从客户或公司销售经理处接收和处理客户订单,将所有相关信息传递给计划团队,然后安排将产品/服务交付给客户; 4. Grow and maintain a good relationship with the customers; 与客户建议并保持良好的关系; 5. Communicate, coordinate and work together as a team with the Company’s internal departments which are involved in the daily business; 与公司内部涉及日常业务的部门进行沟通、协调、团队合作; 6. Carry out any other work-related duty assigned by the Customer Service Leader. 其他客服主管安排的工作。
