1. Handling the customer inquiries for the spare parts and service. Preparing the quote for the spare parts, service, machine repair and maintenance. 处理客户的备件和服务的询价,提供对应的报价单。 2. Communication and coordination with the customer for all after sales issues, like service dates arrangement, invoicing, payment, complaints. 和客户保持沟通协调,处理所有售后服务的事宜,譬如具体服务时间安排,发票,付款和客户投诉等。 3. Coordination with HQ for the inquiry of spare parts/ pre-assembly groups for the price and lead time and following up the warranty cases for new machine and spare parts as well. 和总部协调询问备件的价格,交货期等。跟踪处理所有新机质保期内的事宜。 4. Supporting company new machine sales activity and providing brief introduction of the company products to the new contacted customers. 支持公司的新机销售活动,对首次接触询问的客户提供初步的产品资料和介绍。 5. Collection of service report for the final bill to the customer and making monthly working hour report. 收集整理工程师的服务报告单,用于和客户结账,并提供月度服务工时统计报告。 6. Support company marketing activities that organizing the seminar or attending the exhibition, updating of prospect, brochure, gifts/giveaway; regularly issue of company Newsletter, Translation and Printing of Stamper magazine locally; Tidy up the samples in show case. 支持公司的市场推广活动,组织研讨会,参加行业展会,更新产品手册,公司礼品,定期发布公司活动介绍,翻译印刷公司杂志,整理产品展示柜的样品。 7. Updating customer documentation files like contact list and equipment list timely. 更新客户资料,如联系人清单和客户设备清单。 8. Other tasks from the management. 其它公司安排的工作。
