Job Description The Customer Service Supervisor will report to Customer Service(Import and Export) Manager and be responsible for all activities related to Customer’s Satisfaction in the below areas: 1. Daily Order Management: Overview customer service team work on stock availability check, order fulfillment feedback to customer, ordering in SAP, etc ; 2. Special Order Management: Communicate with customer on any special order online or offline and liaise with operation team processing and feedback to customer; 3. Transport Management: Supervise daily transport arrangement, monitor internal hand over and track on time delivery and manage transport damages; 4. Return and Claim: Work with PDC handling return and claims from service center or body shop. Manage root cause and correction plans with transport companies and operation team; 5. Customer/Service Center/Bodyshop relationship maintenance: Manage routine bulletin issuing and communication with PA on any daily basis to ensure customer/service center/body shops' satisfaction with parts service. 6. Reporting Requirements & Experience -5+ year experience in Customer Service related position -Excellent interpersonal and organization skills; -Good verbal and written communication skills -Strong drive, customer orientation, and ability to execute. -Great attention to details. -Good at time,work and self management -Always find opportunities to improve,e.g data accuracy,process optimization,etc -Experience in automotive industry will be a plus
