Job Description: •Deal with customer inquiries promptly; •Process order, collect and input the order information to the SAP system; •Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for planning and deliveries; •Track customer complains and survey customer satisfaction level. •Support sales team for AR; •Support to set up new customer accounts; •Maintain customer databases; •Keep records of customer orders, deliveries and invoices; •Support audit; •Manage some admin work; •The other tasks assigned by supervisor.
