Responsibilities: 职责: 1. Verify the PO information about Item, shipping to address, special requests, SPA # (Special Pricing Agreement), delivery / shipment requirements, Freight ship method and cost payment. 核实客户采购订单信息,比如货物型号,发货地址,特别需求,价格表/特价表,交付发货需求,发货运输方式以及货款支付方式等。 2. Accurate and timely entry in Oracle System, verify product order information. 准确及时录入到Oracle系统里,核实产品订单信息准确性。 3. Keep customers informed of order confirmation via sales orders acknowledgement after verifying sales orders. 传递订单回执给到对应的客户。 4. Be responsible for communicating proactively internally with production, procurement team and externally with customers to support company international sales activities. 负责与内部生产,采购团队,与外部客户积极沟通,支持公司国际销售业务。 5. Check actual order reservation status and update pending sales orders. Follow up completion orders. Keep communication with customers for order status. 检查实际订单满足状态,更新未交付订单状态,跟踪确认订单完成,关于订单状态保持与客户之间沟通。 6. Communicate and coordinate for goods return (RMA), also work together with quality department and sales to handle the quality complaint. 沟通与协调不良品的退换流程,与质量部门和客户一起妥善处理质量问题。 7. Communicate with customer for shipping information if necessary, follow up/track the shipment, and ensure the customer get the goods as per requirement. 与客户沟通关于发货情况,跟踪检查货物发货状态,确保客户按照要求收到货物。 8. Liaise with logistic for delivery, work with shipping to arrange the goods ready for dispatch on time. 协调出口人员有关的发货情况,安排发货团队处理货物及时发货。 9. Work with Finance and Customers to implement of credit control procedure and ensure on time payment while maintaining customer satisfaction. 与财务部门一起配合贯彻信用控制流程,确保客户及时支付货款。 10. Ensures that customers’ concerns and questions are answered, tracked and escalated as required. Escalates issues outside of service boundaries when a resolution is unable to be confirmed. 确保客户的疑问,关注,诉求能够等到答复,状态跟踪。如有必要,汇报上级处理。当解决方案不能满足客户需求,需要及时汇报。 Requirements: 1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade or equivalent; 大学学历,专业在商务,国际贸易等。 2. At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service, Preferred in international customer service; 至少1到2年在客服岗位的工作经验,在国际客户领域优先考虑。 3. Have strong communication skills and negotiation skills; 良好的沟通与谈判技能。 4. Be proficiency in computer literacy, familiar with ERP system; 精通电脑技能,熟悉ERP程序的使用。 5. Meticulous, diligent, with responsibility; 细心,勤奋,有责任心。 6. Good English Skills (Written and Oral). 良好的英文技能(书面与口头)
