1. Answer phones and greet visitors courteously and direct inquiries to the appropriate person. Provides a variety of administrative support functions including, catering for customer meetings, office supplies, etc. 2. Provide administrative support to back office functions and ensure consistency with Company policies and management direction. 3. Receive and process customer orders. Communicate customers’ inquiries and direct to internal relative departments for help before processing order in ERP system. 4. Setup new customers in ERP and modify account details and maintain customer’s documents 5. Gather information from customers to ensure the new internal part number specification are requested accurately 6. Provide quote to customers 7. Process external customer complaints according to company procedure 8. Coordinates outbound shipments with account management, operations to ensure timely delivery to customers. 要求: 1 Associates degree (A.S.) from two-year college or university in business or related field; 2 3-5 working experiences in manufacturing background companies; 3 Basic English and Strong Mandarin is essential. Ability to read and interpret written procedures, technical documents, customer specifications, and governmental regulations; 4 ERP experience is a must; 5 Strong computer skills including MS Office word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail& Internet applications; 6 Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and outstanding organizational skills. Strong administrative skills as well as excellent verbal and written business communication skills; Ability to work effectively without supervision and cooperate with others to achieve result 处理订单,跟客户沟通交期,余计划沟通生产安排,与美国总部沟通一些物料的供应情况,处理系统报价。完成主管安排的工作
