主要工作职责: 1, Receive and process customer orders, provide order confirmation, orders follow-up. 2, Regularly review with production and material planning team to ensure material planning and production scheduling can meet customer order requirements. 3, Arrange with import/export specialist and warehouse for accurate and timely goods delivery to customer. 4, Cross-functional coordination and drive progress to remove the constraints for on time delivery to customer. 5, Regularly review and provide latest customer demand forecast to production and material planning team. 6, Participate in the regular budget process and provide the requested data. 7. Collect, maintain and report the customer service data/KPIs on regular basis. 8, Report and other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. 工作经验要求: 1, College degree or above, with major in foreign trade or related field; 2, Minimum 1 year related experience in customer service; 3, Previous background and experience in the import & export experience is preferred; 4, Strong knowledge and experience in Office software, especially, PPT; 5, Be familiar with ERP system; 6, Fluent English both of speaking and writing. 知识,技能要求: 1, Computer proficiency with MS-Office. 2, Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and English skills, English at least CET-4 with verbal English communicable with oversea customers for regular conference calls. 3, Knowledge of ERP system is preferred. 4, Organizational skills with strong attention to details. 5, Be comfortable to work in a fast paced environment, can work under pressure. 教育及证书: College degree or above 语言Languages: At least CET-4 with English
