岗位职责: 1.根据客户要求,对货物进行订舱、运输、并跟踪货物运输情况,及时反馈给客户; 2.及时联系海外代理跟踪货物情况,应对异常及时反馈; 3.配合采购部门对海外代理进行优化; 4.定期分析业务数据,总结操作中出现的问题。 5.上级交付的其他工作。 任职要求: 1.本科及以上学历; 2.熟悉海运订舱、报关、运输等流程,有一年以上海运操作经验者佳; 3.熟悉office等办公软件; 4.英语文字、口语沟通能力强,诚实,有责任心。善于学习,有上进心; 5.具有良好的客户服务意识。 Overseas Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities: 1.Execute the day to day work within the term under the company internal operation standards / Customer requirements & SOP to ensure the daily operation effectiveness and punctuality; 2.Timely and proactively communicate with overseas agents, Independently solve the problem in an effective way; 3.Feedback on the use of overseas agents in coordination with freight purchasing channels developing; 4. Business analysis, monthly operation analysis, summarize the problems in the operation; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2.Familiar with shipping booking, customs clearance,more than one year overseas operation experience is preferred; 3. Proficient in Word, Excel and other office applications; 4.Good at writing and oral English communication skills, honest, responsible, good at learning, self-motivated; 5.Positive and pleasant attitude with customer service mindset.
