本岗位工作期外包,6个月工作期。 一周最少工作3天,可满勤全职。 工作内容: 1. 客户订单处理Customer order handling - 内部订单处理Internal order handling - 外部订单录入系统 Support on external order entry into ERP system 2.发票处理Invoice handling - 国内国外发票邮寄VAT invoices (local orders) and original invoices (export orders)express - EMS 对账并申请付款 EMS payment application - 发票地址维护VAT invoice address maintain 3.文件盖章,扫描及邮寄 documents stamp, scan and send to customer 4.制作手工销售合同 Make manual sales contract 5.电子商务客服 E-business service window 6.特殊采购订单处理 PR handling 7.其他 other tasks assigned by team leader 任职要求: 1. 能读懂简单的英文can read simple English 1. 积极主动,做事细致认真proactive and detail focus 2. 良好的计算机技能,包括微软办公软件Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office software
